Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your electronic mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Also, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming emails based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just select the e-mail account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
